From the Airport:
Maastricht-Aachen Airport is a 20 minute bus ride to the Central train station in Maastricht.
Taxis are available at the airport and a trip to the centre of Maastricht should cost around €25

Getting Around:
Trains:

There are two main train stations in Maastricht; Maastricht Randwijck and the main railway station, Maastricht Central from which trains depart to Amsterdam and other parts of The Netherlands.

Buses:
Purchase a strippenkaart in advance from a kiosk for a ‘strip’ of tickets or you could buy a Day pass for the city bus from the driver for €3.50.

‘Eurolines’ Bus service departs for destinations south and north from the central train station.

Stadstram (City-tram). A tram bus service particularly for tourists. Maastricht’s answer to the London open top bus.

Taxis are available throughout the city and are distinguishable by their blue numberplates. A couple of reputable services are; TCT Taxi Centrale (043) 363 33 33 and ATM Taxi-centrale (043) 321 61 61

Bicycles are a very popular mode of transport around the city and are available to rent from various points around the city.
